What does SMTPeter cost?
SMTPeter has a fixed price of €50,-. That includes 25.000 emails, 1 dedicated IP and 1 domain name. A standard SMTPeter license is €50 euros per month. That includes 25.000 emails. If you like to send more, additional rates apply. In general, the more you send the cheaper the rates. It is also possible to buy an enterprise license. Security

How does SMTPeter handle my data?

We store data that we collect in log files. You can browse and download these log files in the SMTPeter dashboard. You can download or request them via our REST API too. And of course, we handle your data with care.

In accordance with the GDPR you can request specific data, linked to a specific email address, and also submit a request to remove specific data.

Where do I find my email statistics?

In the dashboard all email statistics are displayed. These statistics can also be requested via our REST API.

How do I set up my account?

To set up an account there is a simple checklist to run through. This checklist appears when logging in to the SMTPeter dashboard.

A sender domain must be set. This makes it possible to send legitimate email from SMTPeter. After this you can create a template and use our REST or SMTP API to send mail.

How do I configure my sender domain?

To start sending mails via SMTPeter, a sender domain must be configured. SMTPeter shows exactly how to configure your DNS settings. Do you need help with this? Then contact our support team.

How do I configure SMTPeter in clients such as Apple mail or the Gmail app?

You can use SMTPeter to send mail via email clients such as the Gmail app, Apple mail, Mozilla Thunderbird and Android email. The documentation on our site explains how you can send mail via the SMTP API.

How do I conclude an agreement and how do I cancel my current license?

If you want to conclude or terminate an agreement, you can contact info@SMTPeter.com. Here we will help you with your request.

How do I create an email template?

Head out to the SMTPeter dashboard. There is an item "Email templates" in the menu. This is the central place where all templates are stored. From here you can easily create an HTML email template. You can also choose to create a simple responsive template with our drag-and-drop template editor.

Do I need HTML or other knowledge for developing emails?

No, HTML is not a must when creating emails. The drag-and-drop template editor makes it very easy to create email templates. Of course it is also possible to make an HTML email. SMTPeter can also help you to put your css inline.
